Sullivan Data Management is a professional IT services firm founded 20 years ago by Dianna and Glenn Sullivan. Our principal area of
operation is the lower New York Tri-State region. Unlike many other IT services firms who focus on large, multi-national corporations,
our focus is on small and medium size businesses, local government and not-for-profit organizations. We understand the specific needs
of these clients and have developed cost effective high technology solutions to meet those needs.
Sullivan Data takes a different approach to providing IT services. We become your organization's partner in Information
Technology. Our staff becomes your staff, providing your organization with help desk, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting,
repair and planning services, all at one annual fixed fee, saving thousands, and in many cases 10s of thousands of dollars per
year over in-house and other outsourced solutions. With our fixed price model, both of our organizations benefit from improving
your IT systems. As your systems improve, become more efficient and have fewer problems, we spend less money supporting it.
Alternatively, if your system experiences problems and or failures, we suffer the expense required to correct the problems.
Sullivan Data has been a Microsoft Certified Partner for the last 10 years with 4 Microsoft Certified Professionals (1 MCSE,
1 MCSA and 2 MCPs) on staff. Our staff has extensive experience installing, configuring and supporting Microsoft server and
desktop operating system products, Microsoft Office products and many other Microsoft applications including MS Exchange Server
and MS SQL Server.
Sullivan Data has been a Hewlett Packard Certified Partner and HP Authorized Service Center for the last 13 years. With our 4
HP certified technicians, we are certified to provide factory installation and support for HP's full line of servers, workstations,
printers, plotters and networking equipment. We also provide installation and out of warrantee support of Dell servers and
workstations for those of our clients that prefer Dell over HP.
We place a very high priority on technical expertise. Each of our engineers and technicians spend approximately 2 weeks per year
maintaining and upgrading their certifications. We also place a high priority on cross-training our people. We certify at least
2 people for each hardware or software platform that we sell, install and support.
